What's easier building million dollar product or landing an software engineering job now a days?

Sarcastic tile 😂 but I'm genuinely wondering what Tunisians think, imo even if you land a job in IT, that feeling of security has vanished, constant anxiety of getting laid off and unlike our parents who found jobs and stayed at the same place for decades until retirement, IT jobs probably won't exist in 10-20 yrs or at least be something completely different

On the opposite end starting a project in tech has never been easier so why it's rare for Tunisians to ditch the 9-5 mentality and take the risk?

Need to open startup abroad after successful app launch

Hey I built a a product that currently has 2000$ mrr, 400k cumulative trading Volume, I describe it as chatgpt for finance, investing and trading. basically you can chat with the ai agent to take trades and invest in stocks, crypto, metals, indexes... pretty much everything even pre IPO stocks like anthropic and spacex

App uses an ai agent but the infrastructure is built on Blockchain and I'm collecting fees through stable coins, app has no KYC, I need to move to a crypto friendly country so I can truly scale this product, raise capital and even withdraw my earnings

What can I do? What's the easiest country/visa to move to? Would appreciate any advice

Has anyone opened interactive brokers account in Tunisia

Hello looking to invest in some us stocks, interactive brokers is one of the more popular options and they accept Tunisians, I'm just worried that it might be illegal to open a foreign broker account and own us stocks

Can anyone confirm the legality pls?

People in Tunisia need to fix their lives and be more ambitious

Lately all I'm seeing from r/Tunisia is Dating, relationships and marriage posts... Like this gets to a point but every damn posts is the same shit

In Tunisia people rarely use x/Twitter... It's like 2 different realities they should really try to grasp how big the world is, the generational wealth opportunités available... This time window is so crucial to make it out of the permanent underclass yet people are still stuck in tfaha

Hello I'm looking to move out of the country asap due to some personal reasons, I can't afford to do masters because all student visas pretty much require parent sponsorships

Tech market is shit rn ik, 5-10 years ago if you had any decent projects or portfolio you can easily land a swe sponsorship but that's not the case anymore, I remain bullish on cyber security more so I'm asking is it doable to get hired and get visa sponsorship with only license (I hold the important certifications for cyber) or European countries are still strict about "titles" and having masters or engineering cycle

Thanks

Hello guys, quant is a very niche job that's only really available in select rich countries and cites around the world, as far as I know there's 0 quant positions in Tunisia

Quant is the intersection of software engineer and finance/trading, this is what I'm most passionate about and in my free time I was able to create some algorithms that made me way more money than my main job last year and from what I tested rigorously they are institutional level

I live in Tunisia and I don't have a PhD In math or anything like that but I'd love to know if there's a way for me to get hired abroad as a quant ik that it will be very hard due to low amount of openings

Has anyone here done it before?
