Get dlc in playstation without the ultimate slasher edition cuz all of them are expired

I wanna buy one off a store but im scared the dlc wont work

I got these from a boxed nintendo ds lite yall think its gonna still register and id get a ds game and do yall think the free issue will still give me these stuff? I cant sadly post images but theres something with an orignal nintendo ds image with a register now and it says sign up for my nintendo and register your nintendo ds to have yourname enterned in a drawing to win a published ds game of ur choice and the free issue one has an adressand city and state and email adress it shows a nintendo power magazine it says Yes! Please send me my free issue of nintendo power if i like it ill receive 11 addiotonal issues (for a total of 12) yada yada and gives me a free bonus of legend of zelda phantom glass think theyd be cool for collectors and stuff
