I know you’re gone, but if you could come back and settle the lawsuit to a new appeal it would be great. I cannot settle for Jason being only in Dead by Daylight, because even that doesn’t scratch the itch this game had for me many years ago.
I just downloaded Camp Forest Green last week and it reminds me how much scarier Jason used to be when cosmetics had to be earned, and here’s just a list of things you had to look out for if you were a survivor. In no particular order, this was how you know the game was going to be a pain:
-Jason was wearing Heavy Blood
-Jason had weapon change unlocked
-He trapped the shack
-He knew how to shift strafe
-He picked up throwing knives
-He slashed Tommy
-His counselor of choice was Deborah or Tiffany
-He had all the kills but keeps the choke kill on his set
-It starts with an S and rhymes with “panini”.
Like the one that most fits him and Jason’s dynamic. It should almost always be the most cinematic brutal kill of the match and I’m having trouble picking. My thoughts are a few slashes and knife hits(as every Tommy should receive and you’ll likely have to do it to him) followed by: how to peel a coconut, Vlad, or The Jarvis for karma.

Last week I posted an early clip but being a newbie the GIF was unwatchable. Here is a better video that will give you a better sense of the game.
Quick version for anyone new: it's a survivors-like, except you're not surviving — you're what the town runs from. You play the slasher, and the whole place is destructible. You start by hunting the campers in the dark then it escalates as the cops and the military come in with their vehicles. In the video you can see some of the wepons: a baseball bat that can launch enemies, vehicles, trees and so forth, grenades that can destroy buildings and a propane tank that levels the area.
Still an early prototype. The only thing I actually want to know is whether it looks fun in motion — and whether "you're the villain + everything breaks" reads as something genuinely different, or just survivors-like #847 with a new coat of paint. Be brutally honest. I'd rather hear it now than after I sink six more months in. What would really help is if you could download and try the game on itch and give me some feedback. I'm also uploading devlogs daily with how I went about making this in about 2 months as my first game experience ever with little prior knowledge.
Yall think i could get the platinum with the custom servers or is it impossible?
Hey guys, I was always interested in the f13 game but i never got to play it before the servers shut down. i’ve always played asymmetric games like dbd and tcm and i thought Id give Camp Summer Green a go, but i’m wondering if all the people who play it are veterans and experienced and i’m just a noob. i don’t know anything about the gameplay and i feel like cfg wont have any skill based match making?
so any tips, videos and general discussions would be much appreciated!! Thanks

cfg 2.0 launched and was working fine. updating to 3.0 and now it doesn't open after i installed and followed the steps. it works on windows not steam os. I tried looking at FAQs uninstalling reinstalling. Anything to point us in the right direction is appreciated TIA
I was playing a game of CFG (Camp Forest Green) recently and it was quite an interesting experience.
The Jason who was playing seemed to be relatively new and was hard focusing on this one group of counsellors and nobody else. I used this to my advantage and proceeded to sneak around the map as Francis (the new counsellor) and fully fix one of the cars.
Once I drove off, Jason did try to stop me, and even successfully managed to make me crash the car (which was entirely my fault, because I swerved off the road like a dumbass), but one pocket knife and a trip to Narnia later, Jason somehow couldn't find me and proceeded to teleport away and went back to kill the others. In awe of the fact I lived, I rushed out of the cabin, restarted the car, drove off and successfully escaped.
I was so confused about how Jason played that game, and started talking in VC about how I did not deserve to escape after crashing the car like that. This is when I was interrupted by someone. One of the players who was also in the VC happened to be a player called Tommy Jarvis.
And this is where the story truly begins.
As I started to try and talk again, he rudely told me to "Shut the fuck up" and that "No one is listening to you talk", which is ironic giving how he was listening to me talk and proceeded to throw a massive fit over it. I calmly asked him what his problem was and he asked me "Do you suffer from a mental sickness?" which definitely caught me off guard.
I asked him to say the question again in case I misheard him and he proceeded to repeat it, this time adding "you fucking deaf idiot" to the end of it. I then proceeded to answer that "No, I don't have a mental condition, although I do have Autism, which is more neurological than mental", to which he responded "I fucking knew it. Now please shut the fuck up, as no-one wants to hear you talk".
It's at this point that it became clear to me that the guy was salty, as when I checked the lobby status, he had been killed by Jason, likely when he was riding around with that big crew of players. I responded to him by saying "No-one else is this lobby is asking me to shut up aside from you, so clearly you're just mad that you died earlier and I got out in the car". He then responded by saying "Shut the fuck up already! Why are you still talking?" to which I responded "Because we're having a conversation, idiot".
By the time we reached this point in the conversation, the rest of the group escaped and the match ended. Once we got back to the lobby, the lobby suddenly disbanded with a message saying that I'd been kicked by the host. I then went to my recent players list and saw Tommy Jarvis, so I went to his profile and saw some interesting messages.
The first one was from a player who stated that Tommy was "Man who craves attention". Given my interaction with him, that checks out. But it was the next message that really surprised me. Another user left a message that read "Hacked CFG and is just terminating lobbies". This comment got me curious. Was this guy some salty hacker?
A few hours went by and I was now in the CFG Discord Server. As I was scrolling, I noticed that one of the Admins was also called Tommy Jarvis and I assumed it was just a coincidence, but just to be safe, I clicked on his account and saw he had a linked Steam profile. And lo and behold, it was the same Steam profile from earlier. My first thought was "There's no way this guy is an admin", but then I thought back to what happened earlier, and that's when I put the pieces together.
• Me getting kicked from the game.
• The comment claiming that Tommy was potentially a hacker and was terminating lobbies without warning.
• The fact that Tommy is an admin.
This motherfucker has possibly been using his admin privileges to kick players from CFG lobbies and even shut down CFG lobbies he doesn't like.
Now, I need people to take that last part with a HUGE grain of salt, as I don't directly have any proof that this is exactly what's happening. But given my brief research, this is the conclusion I've come to. But hey, I could be entirely wrong. Maybe I just happened to catch this guy on a REALLY bad day. But if I'm right, then Jesus lord, the folks behind this game need to boot this asshole quick!
One last thing. If anyone who plays CFG has had any interactions with Tommy Jarvis (positive or negative), comment them below this post. I want to see if anyone has had similar interactions with him when compared to mine.
So I finally got around to trying forest green out and it's amazing so far!! However, the game crashed which is fine however I now can't launch the game. I go into steam, the green load bar fills up and then the game just closes, anyone got any ideas?
Today the latest CFG (Camp Forest Green) update was released, introducing the new character, Francis Sinclair. The focus of this post is the new counselor.
I've only tested him briefly so far, but his stats seem pretty solid. He's basically a Victoria Sterling with slightly higher Composure and Speed, but slightly lower Luck and Stamina. Overall, he's still a good character.
I have to admit that his appearance felt a little odd to me at first, but it's probably something players will get used to over time.
One thing that really bothered me, though, was the voice acting quality. From what I could tell, it's the same voice actor who did Richard and Rob, but the voice lines sound like they were recorded in a bathroom with a ton of echo lol.
I know theres a mod or something around that let's you play, if anyone could link the post to it or how to set it up that would be awesome thank you.
Ive been playing this gane for ages and I only really play him, is he a good character or should i leave him in the dust?
Does anyone know how to get the new Camp forest green update on a steam deck? I have the game files downloaded and in a folder, but every time I boot it up, nothing happens even when it says it’s running and then it boots out.
I was watching an H2O Delirious video on the game and it just brought back all the memories I had playing the game back when it was new. Being on console I can’t play the mod that brings back the multiplayer mode. I’m so upset I can’t play this properly anymore.
