F13 ULTIMATE Bots Mode Offline and Online EXPANDED (Counselors vs. Jason)

This started as a F13 Resurrected Jason AI bot for Sandbox, and then expanded to a full menu. Since Resurrected shutdown there was a lot of demand to move this mod to the base game along with lots of suggestions. I did both! And added more ideas of my own...I think this is now a pretty deep expansion into playing F13 with bots.

There are expanded menu settings for Offline Bots - Play as Jason, Offline Bots - Play as a Counselor, Offline Challenges, and Online lobbies. This is for the base game (pak) with the online fix (B12507 + Co-op) that's out there.

Some additions: synchronized urination emote, spectate as Jason, kill-Jason counselor convergence, improved-Jason car chases, 3-level Jason difficulty, and more!

F13 Resurrected Offline Jason & Counselor AI Bots - FULL EDITION (Definitive Cut)

Hey guys, I finished the full build based on the Sandbox Jason AI mod I released a few weeks ago. This one has a full menu allowing you to custom pick your counselor, location, Jason, and game setup.

  • I also made a lot of additions and improvements from the previous Sandbox Lite mod:
  • Jason is smarter and more aggressive, all around.
  • If you die or escape, you can spectate as Jason too.
  • Obtaining Jason's mask gives you the Pamela power, to kill him. This works great if you happen to die after obtaining the sweater but come back as Tommy, you can knock off his mask and kill him.
  • You can spawn a 2nd Jason (F1) and up to 3 additional counselors (F3).

***UPDATE*** 9/19/2026
Nexus Mods are on weekend break so I actually did several more improvements and uploaded v1.1. It is the result of 100s of hours of testing. After work, doing this until 2am every night, waking up and testing again. Taking the mod all the way from a frozen Jason spawn, just standing in front of me like a creep, to a Jason that spawns in his cabin--frozen, to a Jason that spawns in his cabin, teleports to me, and chases me....all the way to this cold calculated killer. I hope you guys enjoy the experience...

Offline Jason AI Mod for Friday the 13th: Resurrected

I finally finished a project I’ve been working on for Friday the 13th: Resurrected — an offline Jason AI mod that lets you play as a counselor against Jason.

F13 never officially gave us an offline AI Jason, and that was always something I wanted, so I decided to try building one myself. This is actually the first mod I’ve ever made.

Jason is basically in Terminator mode and his only objective is to hunt counselors... use his abilities, throw knives, break through doors, place traps around important objectives, and recover when he gets stuck. You can also spawn additional counselor bots in Sandbox to make it feel more like a regular match.

To use it, load Resurrected → Offline Play → Sandbox, choose your map/settings, and wait until the level and your character are completely loaded. Then run the mod EXE.

F1 = Spawn Jason
F3 = Spawn Counselor

Props to the anonymous creator of the original Jason AI and Offline Bots Mod for the base F13 game. I adapted his AI logic, converted it to Resurrection and added/revised to the AI.

I’m also working on a proper menu that I eventually want to use in place of Resurrected’s current Sandbox setup, so you won’t have to rely on hotkeys forever.

Another thing I’m experimenting with is making the counselor AI react to the Jason kill conditions. For example, if you spawn as a hero/Tommy or obtain Pamela’s sweater, I’d like one of the female AI counselors to recognize what’s happening, go after the sweater when needed, and cooperate with you so you can actually perform the full Jason kill against the AI Jason.

That part is still in development, but I think it could make offline playing much more complete.

I mostly made this because I wanted to sit down, play as a counselor, and have Jason hunt me offline. Hopefully some of you have wanted the same thing.
