38M in New Westminster (Sapperton) looking for new friends to hang out with
Hey everyone,
I'm a 38-year-old guy (as of tomorrow) living in Sapperton, New Westminster. I've got a pretty full life with work (event staffing/bartending around Vancouver arenas and a yacht gig), my girlfriend, her daughter, and our pet (a cat, tabby, 9 years old in August), but I'm looking to expand my social circle and get out more.
Some things I enjoy:
Road biking around the Lower Mainland (always down for a ride or route recommendations)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (just getting into it with instructional videos and looking for training buddies or gym suggestions)
Movies and TV — big fan of horror, comedy, thrillers, classic sitcoms, AEW wrestling, and stand-up. Love chatting about shows, discovering new stuff, or geeking out over tech setups for watching
Casual edibles or smoking if you partake (weed/shrooms)
Ice hockey — played for over 20 years, it's been a couple of years since I played my last game, still got my gear for drop in possibilities down the road
General outdoorsy stuff or just chilling and chatting
I'm easygoing, reliable, and up for low-key hangs, weekend adventures, bike rides, or grabbing food/drinks. Open to meeting folks from around the Lower Mainland.
