Help ID this lift kit

I believe the rear a-arm is rough country, can't figure who makes the long arms. Maybe IRO? But the shape seems off. Also no subframe is pictured. These are the only pictures I was given. Thanks for any insight.

Recommendations for a new PCM

My PCM shit the bed. I'm looking for a recommended replacement from the community.

I see car computer exchange, module experts, circuit board mechanics and fs1. anybody have experience with any of these websites? Any recommendations for ones I didn't mention? I know I need to submit my vin, I'd rather not go the junkyard route.
