Hello all,

I am a QA Engineer from Noida, India.

I have around 2 years 6 months experience in both Manual and Automation testing.

Few months back because of my mistake/ignorance and mainly due to a big family crisis I was not able to communicate for some days in my company and due to this they have 'ABSCONDED' me and then mailed me a Termination letter and didn't give me my Experience cum Relieving letter.

I have worked for 2 years in that company.

Now I am applying for new jobs but I am scared and very worried that what should I tell the HR about my Relieving letter/Experience letter.

And if I tell them that I was Terminated and Absconded they will not even give me chance for interview also.

Also I am worried about that if somehow I get selected then when they do the Background Verification then some issues might occur.

Please suggest some genuine ways with the help of which I can get out from this situation.
