Endless loop and wont boot, the CAPS lock and the num lock key seem to have 5 short blinks

It wont go into bios no matter how many times i spam the esc, del, or f10 keys..

Ive tried the windows + b hard reset..

any idea how to fix this or will i have to resort to removing the CMOS? (I dont have the micro screwdriver to get inside it :P)
