brought home two hermit crabs two weeks ago and the more active one immediately switched shells. about 5 days ago the same, more active hermit crab burrowed and i haven’t seen him since. my questions are

how long can molting take and when should i start getting worried?

could the second hermit crab get lonely in that time?

are there any improvements i should make to their set up? (20 gallon aquarium with 1:5 sand/coconut fiber substrate, worm castings/ greensand, foraging, salt and freshwater, some climbing enrichment, complete meal and treats, egg shells for calcium, tiny dish with coconut oil)
