Has anyone had success with surgery with out recurrence

I' lost some weight and skinny now. Unfortunately I had varicose veins and had no idea. Caused by inflammation and maybe working long hrs in kitchen high heat. I never knew the extent till I lost 45lbs. I wasn't even overweight. I am 6ft1 I was only 190 at my heaviest. I have no idea what happened. But I went to a vascular surgeon in 2021 and the appointment was so very rushed and found out later why.

He was skipping state in a month and going far away. I was diagnosed with pretty bad reflux and deep reflux in right leg. I was offered evlt and phelebectomy. To which I had no idea what either was until I looked it up and felt uneasy about it and cancelled. I don't have too many issues.i can walk fine I can work long hrs fine I don't have swelling so far. But I hate not being able to wear shorts in summer and having to wear compression.

I guess it's fine and all ..

but I hate the veins. Unfortunately looking up this procedure and people's experiences with it for last 5 years .have left me without much hope. I do not want discomfort while standing still as I do that now long hrs. And that is a pretty extensive occurrence after this procedure. Also risk of nerve damage. Among others. Has anyone had success years later without any issues or recurring veins

Can't stop googling vv surgery side effects

I want to have ablation done but I'm always reading the side effects which includes dvt and post thrombotic syndrome which is way worse and can last for years with severe pain and disability. Not including nerve damage that can also lead to disability. And severe discomfort. There are so many. And it seems like there are always new ones that pop up. And reading other people's comments on it people say you should of gone to a better vascular surgeon. Which the person said they went to the best one in the area and still had issues. I would take this risk if the results were worth it. But so many posts about veins coming back months or years later

Does this look like a fordyce granule

I know I have them but this seems a little larger. Just wondering if that's what I'm looking at mostly

This spot on my lip I'm wondering about. It's not a sore or bump. It's completely flat there is actually 2 one is just bigger then other both are flat and smooth. Hard to see second one.

So been using game assistant for awhile now. And the temp reading in right hand corner has always been a few degrees higher than what battery temp really is. But after latest update it's 8 degrees higher! From just starting up the game. And throttling alot sooner on op12. Why haven't they fixed this issue already it's been months now. No reason but needs to be that much higher

I really would want nothing more to remove these ugly veins in my right leg. But so many people have had burning when standing still after surgery or issues that pop up months to years later. And I just always think about that and not do it. It seems like vascular surgeon don't really care after the surgery. So it leaves me in this situation where I live with the ugly veins and be embarrassed. Or risk surgery and be in pain? I mean it's not a ideal circumstance
