Any red flags?
I’m after some seasoned E30 owners advice. I’ve found what I think to be a perfect (for me ) E30 & I just want to run through the spec list with people more experienced. It’s a 320i
-M52b28 (later steel liner block with great compression before we fitted it
- Vanos rebuild with Beisan seals and rattle ring
- All gaskets replaced before install (oil filter housing, valve cover, sump, rear main, vanos line seals, intake manifold, timing cover)
- M50 manifold
- ECU Tuned to suit with 7K rev limiter
- BC coilovers
- Zf gearbox with detents repaired
- All bushes replaced with powerflex including diff mounting
- M3 Offset control arm bushes
- Rear subframe diff mount reinforced and powder coated
- Front subframe powder coated
- All wheel bearings replaced
- corrosion work carried out by local restoration shop Ti Body developments (front corners, floor pans, bulkhead around battery tray, front battery tray, inner sills)
- Purple tag rack with BM conversions couple
- Z3 3.15 LSD
- Z3 1.9 short shifter with uprated bushes
- Ronal LSX 15 x 7 alloys with nearly new Toyo T1Rs
- Door barrel recently rebuild with BMW repair kit so it actually works
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
