Made an offset practice jig for my apprentices

I run a small apprenticeship program and last year offsets class was drag. This year everybody's getting a jig and is going to practice until they're LOCKED IN. The grid is 1" spacing, so it won't be too hard for starters, but the rolling offset option might trip them up a little. 1/4" PEXB is the pipe, so it's cheap to replace and easy to get.

Made a configurable scaled model of a HW/CHW Plant for my Commercial HVAC Apprentices.

They keep getting hung up on Primary vs. Decoupled and I figured this would be a good way to show them the differences. Also we can pipe up the dreaded 2-pipe system with a couple of valves. I've been kicking this idea around for over 2 years now, it feels good to finally see it come to fruition.

Made another compressor model for the Apprentices, this time it’s the Rotary!

It’s the summer time and school’s out! I’ve been working on modeling a ton of stuff for the guys. We keep talking about Twin Rotary in the VRF class and it was time to visualize it.

Finally got a website up to help get the word out, you can download this model for free if you want to print some for your crew. Tabletopmechanical.com
