Can anybody help me by telling how is MS Ortho at PGIMS Rohtak?

I was thinking of joining as SR in Orthopaedics in gmc surat or SMIMER. Can someone shed light on how much is the hands on for SR, workload, emergency OTs, salary, how much autonomy does a SR get here and any toxicity or discrimination by senior staff if any.
