I have my haryana police physical coming soon. Give or take 1-2 weeks at most and I have to run 2.5 km under 12 min.

In the evening i train under a coach and my current time is 15 minutes for 2.5

I want to bring it down to 12 minutes and for being on the safer side the lesser the better 11:45 11: 30

Anyone who trains in the morning hours. It would be helpful if they let me tag along and help me with pace running.
