Goa miles refund - Says successful on app but amount not credited

So I had initiated a refund on 4 October. It got verified on 8th and on 11th, i.e., today it says refund successful. But no money got credited to my bank account. Goa miles available balance now shows 0.

It's about 1300 rupees, what do I do?

WHICH PLATFORM ARE U GUYS USING FOR MOCKS?

I had used only testbook for my banking exams and cleared IBPS and SBI clerk, IBPS PO only with the help of testbook. But lately I feel it has increased its difficulty level too much, be it for assistant or grade b. Is it just me and my lack of practice or is it genuinely the case?
