Wanted to see if anyone received the pushed back email after their bg check was fully cleared? (Received + copy of report)
It’s a BCC email, so I’m assuming it’s a mass/general email and I was still under.

A contact for my same role (video/image tutor) whose been there since beginning of the year also stated that his cisive check too 5 weeks - at the end of the five weeks, HR contacted him directly to ask for the requested docs.
for context - my bg check process started end of april, called cisive twice to see what they need as well as emailing hr a few times for updates (no response)
financially, i cannot wait for another 3-4 weeks while having no communications with hr - i've been actively looking for other roles as well.
this is just a heads up for those who are on the same boat, it might be next week or might take another month - do what you need to do for your own financial situation.
