Do these fit my face?

I've had big glasses for a year, so not sure if these look the best.

Found a lizard outside

I live in Texas, USA. I found this Texas spiny lizard on my steps today and saw that it had a little bit of blood around its tail. It doesn’t really move and closes its eyes when I stop touching it. I offered it some water, but it didn’t take any. It’s 87°F or 30°C, so could this be due to overheating?

Do I just comfort it or is there something else I can do?
