I don’t think I can go to college.

I have no money for college and I don’t have the stats for free ivy league.
My parents are extremely strict and never let me go out, volunteer, do internships, or even have a job because they thought “focusing on school” and having good grades guaranteed a full ride or some shit. We are also low income and they didn’t save a dime for me for college. So I can’t get into ivy leagues that give free tuition for low income because my parents never let me build up stats and I have zero extracurriculars. We couldn’t even afford ap exams so I have barely any ap classes or scores. My household is also abusive so I really needed a dorm room but now I don’t know if that’s realistic at all, but I was willing to stay for four more years if I had to. But now i don’t even know if I can go to college at all.
Genuinely what do I do? I would go to community college, but my family is going to block me from actually doing anything (like extracurriculars) so that I can actually have the stats to transfer. I also wanted to be a civil engineer but my community college doesn’t offer it. I feel at a complete loss.
