My hair looks nice everywhere except LA???
Any other city I can do whatever to my hair and it comes out nice. Cheap conditioner, expensive leave-in, great. Expensive conditioner, just gel. Awesome. Light shampooing when needs be. ANYTHING I do when i shower in my LA apartment.... dried. Weird. Feathery. Can never have a good hair day. Im thinking ok the water.... But one time I came from the IE, great curls, i go to my apartment. Im just chilling for 2 hours. Then I look in the mirror and im having a bunch of fly aways??? What is happening! its so frustrating.
A couple times my hair came out ok when i put leave-in and let it sink when wearing a shower cap. other times it didnt work. but either way Im on the go a lot and im used to showering and running out of the house knowing my wet hair is going to dry up beautifully. Now I have to plan to stay and let it dry cause I know I have to end up fixing weird dry spots and flyaways. Anyone gone through something like this? I also have a filter on the water btw.
I mostly use the brands organigro, bounce curl, and nexxus.
Yesterday I literally used a hotel conditioner to wash and rinse my hair then put a bouncurl cream and my hair was fabulous (I was in San Clemente). Today i used a bit of shampoo (didnt correctly wash my hair for a few days) organigro leave-in, and a bit of gel (im forgetting the name) and my hair looks fried. I usually let my hair air dry now adays cause im scared of making flyaways worse. I have sating pillow cases and here and there still wear a satin bonnet.
