Potential Board Date Changed Again
Good morning all - curious if anyone else's board date changed again? Initially mine was May '27, then pushed back to Jan '28. I logged in Mon morning and saw it was changed again, now to Jan '27!! I am scheduled to take the AFOQT at the end of this month. I called my recruiter as soon as I saw the change and he said there were a multitude of reasons that could have happened (need for officers, high demand jobs, etc) and that if I can get everything submitted by Dec I would be able to have my package reviewed at the January board. I am kind of in shock, but also not wanting to get my hopes up as I'm not sure the likelihood of having everything completed in time. Obviously it would be amazing to not have to wait until January 2028, but I was not anticipating it potentially happening in just a few months either.
I will also add that when I initially submitted my application I received the "fast track" notification, so unsure if that has anything to do with it. Essentially my recruiter told me - if my board date was changed, it was for a reason, he just does not have access to that information.
