Exchange migration: extended support for short login IDs

Migrating your emails from Exchange now supports short usernames (e.g. jdupont) as well as full email addresses. This improvement simplifies the migration process for environments where users authenticate with a short identifier rather than a full email address.

Migrate your email archives without bandwidth limitations with MBOX import available on Infomaniak Mail

Good news for those who have already tried to migrate a large mailbox: MBOX file import is officially available in production on Infomaniak Mail.

The background:

Migrating a large mailbox from certain providers (Google being the prime example) previously meant dealing with API bandwidth limitations. The result: migrations that stretched over several days, outages, restarts, and a feeling that the process would never end.

What's new: You export your archives locally from your current provider, then import them directly into your Infomaniak Mail mailbox in .mbox format.
