I came across this old post https://forum.onshape.com/discussion/16524/drawing-symmetricla-pattern-around-a-sphere and want to recreate this pattern on a sphere. But I have no idea where to start. It's not a simple wrap on a surface as the number of elements increase or decreases when you go up or down the sphere.
I'm desperately looking for a replacement for Windows Loudness Equalization. I mainly game, and my main goal is to avoid hearing damage from loud gunshots/explosions while still being able to hear quieter sounds like footsteps.
I've relied on Windows Loudness Equalization for this, but it's no longer available since my new DAC uses a USB Audio Class 2.0 driver, which doesn't support the old Windows enhancement framework.
I'm not an audio expert, I've tried fiddling with Equalizer APO, but I can't get it to sound as good or work as smoothly as the native Windows feature did.
