Today’s prompt is pyro, fire, fire burn baby, burn. These guys are all about high temperatures. A blaster that shoots flames, a shaker like Burnscar that just generates fire. Maybe a tinker that works with fire, or a master whose minion is on fire or creates it in some way.

For examples…

Sekhmet is violent, bordering on sadism. A melee Brute (Striker) with a minor Changer rating on her hands, she is actually a hero operating as part of a hit squad for kill orders.

Metatron is a Haven Master (Thinker). He is a weird one; his thinker rating is dependent on a burning effigy he summons. The more it burns, the stronger he gets, to a point where he starts to have backlash.

Io’s Breaker state is basically a living volcano. They are actually a Case 53, and their normal form is somehow worse for the surroundings.

Big Red has the most oddly specific Tinker specialization ever; all he can really do is put out fires, that’s it.

Shifting it into overdrive today (Blech). Anyway, probably the most obvious prompt for this is some kind of Tinker like Squealer who makes vehicles of some sort. You can also have a Trump who can boost other capes' powers. Or A Blaster whose projectiles are just that fast.

Quil and Jet, two Case 53s who are “Heroes” with extreme violent tendencies. One is an Inflict Shaker (Damage x Tempest) with an electricity element; she is extremely prideful; the other is a more shy Elemental Strike Shaker (Kinesis x Micro) with a water element and wears a tinker tech back to help his powers

Metal Pipe Hitting the Ground (MPHG): yes, that's his real cape name; he is a meme cape who has to be paid off by the Guild to go near ANY of Dragon’s tinker tech, for his Trump power seriously fucks up Tinkertech.

Tuner is a pretty simple Tinker; they can modify any other Tinkertech to extreme levels, just nothing has survived more than 2 tuneups.

Tachyon wasn’t sure what Vial they wanted, so they got one with a little of everything, but mostly balance. So they are a blaster with a horse-shaped projectile of all things; also, it seems to be semi-sentient. Oh, also, it can go the speed of light, which makes it almost impossible to keep track of

Today’s prompt is Cat, yep… Our furry friends or menaces depending on who you asked. But you could have a case 53 that is cat-themed; cats are very quick and agile, so you could have a mover. Water debilitating? IDK. Yeah, this is probably one of my weaker ones.

Anyway, four examples.

Parry - Striker 6, like their namesakes, they can parry other people’s attacks. But their power also lets them parry stuff they have no right to

DiscoCat - Shaker 3/ Mover 6. They can summon a free-floating disco ball while also having a mover rating that allows them to breakdance ridiculously well; cat ears are also optional.

Atalanta - Her name has nothing to do with the myth; she isn’t fast, and sucks with a bow, and is a terrible huntress. She is just a Greek myth nerd who loved the name.

Kit is best described as a goat, a lizard, and a legally distinct atomic lizard.

Today’s prompt is Mech; this one is pretty straightforward: giant mechs with lasers! The most obvious answer is a tinker who builds a mech, but you could also have a master who summons a whole mech as a projection. Mech is also short for mechanised, so you also have more options with tinker.

See no evil is a duel specialization tinker; they can build a simple frame like power armor. But their main specialization is light base cognitohazards, IE a puke light.

KAT is basically a tinker version of Bitch. She’s a Protectorate member who builds mech suits for her cats, but being cats, they often just lay around not working.

BIG SHOT is a blaster. Her shots have one big caveat: their HUGE self-knockback. But with a thinker rating, she makes very good use of it; fighting her is a huge pain.

Pool wasn’t seen as a big threat, being a water tinker. Until they took off Behemoth’s arm with a water cutter, somehow…

Today’s prompt is Bass, sound, and blowing out people’s eardrums. You could have a blaster that shoots a loud blast of sound, or a shaker that can control sound in an area, like Screamer. Or a fish, just a fish, a fish…. The choice is yours.

Four examples

Gone-Fishing is a changer 1, who can change into a single freshwater salmon; they don’t have any other special abilities while in this form, but are sandbagging, true rating - changer 1, tinker 8

Sonic DOOM is a blaster who has a mental dial for their power level, and yes, they can turn it up to 11

Hooked is a Protectorate that fights with two fishing poles; they are a fishing pole tinker, which surprisingly gives them a fairly large area to work in.

Fish is a tuna-based stranger, whatever that means.
