Can someone help me stay on track?

I’ve been binging for about 3 weeks straight. I absolutely hate myself for it. I got off track, and can’t get back on. Is there anyone willing to help me remind myself to stop? Or to walk away from food- or even better, walk away WITHOUT food in my hand. (Or mouth.)

Just because anything is possible- DO IT!

Time will keep moving. Years in the blink of an eye. That’s what I tell myself for motivation. If I was once 27 & unhappy with myself, I can be 31 and excited with my body. Excited, healthy, happy. You can too!

Now- what are your FAVORITE workout routines at HOME with dumbbells?!

I’m tired..

Hi guys! I’ve been on my journey for 17 months. I went from 247 to 123, and now I hover around 130. This is running, lifting, walking, etc. I now have visible muscle definition and I feel great.. but. I’m tired. I’m tired of counting calories, and being afraid of what I’m eating. I know what my end goal is, but is it part of the process to just feel so worn out?! Like I’m more exhausted planning my days around my workouts. I am going to continue what I’m doing- because it works- but seriously.. I just want to tell myself that it’s normal to be burnt out mentally about doing all of it.

Yikes. I haven’t been okay.

I’m a mom of 4. Lost over 120lbs, started lifting. Really love what I do, & how I eat. I’m not gonna weigh myself, but the past 4 days have been bad. I’m back to junk eating, & probably over eating. My toddler has HFMD, and reverted back to exclusively breastfeeding. He’s been refusing to sleep, fever of 103, & just attached to me. Doesn’t want to be in the stroller- just attached/latched to me. 🫠 I just want him to get better so I can sleep, & not be so hungry all the time.

New to this

So, I’ve just started what people call “working out.” I’m using 10lb dumbbells. I already was doing glute bridges, one leg glute bridges, stretches, running, and walking. (8-20 MILES daily.) I use some MadFiT videos for upper body, as well as Oliver Sjostrom videos.

So, I’m trying to figure out, do I need to these daily? I’m around 128 lbs. (down from 247.) I’m 5 foot 5.5 inches tall, breastfeeding. I want to build muscle.

I do goblet squats, quad squats, 3 sets of 30 inclined sit ups (hips higher than the rest of my body,) run 3-5 miles, walk 5-15 miles, glute bridges/one legged glutes bridges, concentration curls, planks, pushups, and quite a few other “exercises” from the videos I named above. Can link videos of the ones I do regularly so you can gauge worked out areas. I typically do these daily. Am I not doing enough? I don’t have a gym option, only at home. (I also do inclined walking after my runs.)
