All polishes $5 plus shipping: $7 for 1-2, 50 cents per additional bottle. Paypal G&S. Please help me out here I have too much polish and too many dupes. All have been swatched, only a few worn once.

I got this email but dont really understand it. By "leaking" prototypes does that just mean she's showing them to us? (Yes I watched the attached video and am still unclear.)
