Licensed Insurance Agents: Remote ACA Opportunity With Inbound Calls + Weekly Commissions
Licensed ACA Agents — Remote 1099 Opportunity
We’re expanding our remote ACA sales team for the upcoming Open Enrollment Period and are looking for licensed insurance agents who are ready to produce.
This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity designed for agents who want access to high-volume inbound ACA calls without having to purchase their own leads.
Compensation:
$30–$35 per enrolled member, based on production tier
$5 PMPM residual on qualifying active members
Weekly commission payments
No lead costs
No monthly platform fees
No chargebacks on weekly pay
For example, at the $35 tier:
10 members/day = $350
15 members/day = $525
20 members/day = $700
25 members/day = $875
30 members/day = $1,050
These are production examples, not guaranteed earnings.
The residual side can also become meaningful as you build your book. For example, 1,000 qualifying active members at $5 PMPM would represent $5,000/month in residual compensation, subject to the applicable compensation terms and member retention.

2027 FFM certification and active E&O coverage are required.
One Important Contracting Requirement
If you’re currently contracted through another ACA agency or FMO hierarchy, you’ll need to either have the appropriate release or be able to obtain one before appointment through our organization.
If you’re unsure about your current contracting situation, that’s something we can discuss during the interview.
If you’re a licensed agent currently selling Medicare, life, health, or another insurance product and you’re interested in adding ACA to your sales mix for OEP, feel free to comment or send me a message.
I’m happy to answer questions about the opportunity, compensation structure, contracting, or what the onboarding process looks like.
