Timing for upgrading to G5 with Seasonal Kingdom right around the corner?

I’m working on upgrading to G5. Could upgrade my guardsmen and monsters to G5 tomorrow during Ragnorok, but not enough to do my catapults or specialists yet. Was hoping to catch another Ragnorok in early November. And save up more/balance out my research tracks in the meantime. I know Olympus comes around again during the last couple of days of October. Was hoping Ragnorok was gonna follow right afterward before the beginning of Seasonal. Does Ragnorok always follow Olympus? Would I be able to squeeze in one more Ragnorok (early Nov) before the start of seasonal? Or should I just upgrade what I can tomorrow to G5? Pros/cons?

I’m stuck. How do I remove the stud in the middle picture?

Need to drop my AC compressor a little in order to slide out my alternator. Removed nut. But instructions aren’t clear on how to remove the stud. Seems it needs to be removed in order for me to hang the compressor to the side.
