Hey everyone,

I'm a first year B.Com Retail Operations Management student, and my first year is about to end. I study under Vikram University, and my college isn't considered a tiered or well-known institution.

I'm currently preparing for CFA Level I (August 2027), and I'm confused about whether I should switch my bachelor's program to B.Com Finance. Since my goal is to build a career in finance, I'm wondering if changing my degree would make a meaningful difference or if I should continue with my current program and focus on the CFA, internships, and skill development.

I'd really appreciate your advice, especially from people working in finance or those who have been in a similar situation. Thanks!
