I believe a recent JB flight had a bedbug infestation. I don't want to use the online complaint form - I want a time stamped record of communication. I cannot find an email for support or complaints or service. Any suggestions re: how to proceed. At a minimum, I'd like to advise the airline about the situation - hopefully to spare others discomfort.

I'm itching to make progress on this. TIA.
