Sources of EVE C40 LFP cells? Have they dried up?

I have a build planned for a stationary battery for a solar charging station using EVE C40 LFP cells and have had everything I need except the actual cells for some time, just didn't expect it to be this hard to get the cells.

I'm in the UK and was looking for an EU/UK source and saw that nkon.nl is often recommended, and they were a decent price at 7-8 euros a piece but they were sold out with a note about stock coming in on sept 18th. I waited but on sept 18th the notice just disappeared and when I contacted them they said they don't have a new lead time on them right now.

I checked elsewhere and people are selling them for like 30 euros a piece, even the dreaded aliexpress isn't much better. At that price it's not really worth using them, I'd have to just redesign the pack around a different cell and maybe even go for a bulkier LTO build with those 40-45AH yinlong 66160 cells that are obviously pulled out of electric busses.

Anyone have any insight on why this is? Is it a normal thing for the market for a cell to just dry up, and should I expect it to clear up or just pick a different cell?

Is there a way to have played media cached on the system drive?

I'm running Jellyfin in a docker container on a NAS. The system folder is on a 1TB NVME SSD and then the media is on slower platter drives. I understand that Jellyfin's transcoding cache is already in the system folder and will be on the SSD along with things like thumbnails etc which is fine.

What I'm wondering is if there's a way to make Jellyfin copy the entire video file to the SSD when I start playing and use that instead of transcoding it directly off the platter drive? Ideally it should also to keep that copy on the SSD until it's finished being watched and if it's a series maybe pre-copy the next episode?

The goal is to minimise the amount of time the media hard drives are spun up, to just copy the whole video file to the SSD up front instead of transcoding incrementally from the platter drives. It'd also mean that I could stop watching something and when I come back to it later it wouldn't have to wait for the platter drives to spin up again to start playing.

As a side-question, is there also a way to have the hard drives automatically spin up when someone connects to the server so it's not waiting for 5-10 seconds when you first pick something to watch?
