Why not just trash such orders instead of asking for help.

Made this yesterday. Less than 24 hrs and its already foaming.The recipe i used said to keep it for 3-4 days so that it properly ferments but I accidentally used 2tbsp of ginger and sugar instead of 2tsp. Should i start over or is it ok. The room temperature is 35+ where i am from
