Not in terrible shape but even though I get great light I cannot figure this plant out please someone rescue it

I bought this pencil case in a stationary store in Tokyo two years ago and long story short it, I would like to replace it.

Rakuten is quoting me 3,900 Yen for shipping on top of the item cost and I was hoping for something more reasonable. Anyone interested and able to help please dm me or leave a comment.

I did something wrong when I tried to repot this little plant. It needs someone who knows what they’re doing - fresh soil and whatnot. Please also let me know if this is a lost cause 😭
