Qual seria a melhor apostila para estudar para a fuvest na opinião de vocês ou cursinho?

I lime using my polar loop for everything, i tried use today while i was going to the market, i placed "walking activity" on polar flow and locked my phone, so when i was at my home back, i saw it was saying just 100 meters and i walked 1.5km (i have a garmin so i looked it before), someone have some tip of how can i use her while my phone is locked? I have a Samsung S23 ultra if it helps and yes i know she doesn't have her own GPS and yes i was with my phone with me while walking with loop.
