Living in England: changing citizenship status to Irish with UK gov

I'm an Australian citizen living in England on a postgraduate student visa. I have received my Irish FBR and my Irish passport is in the post (hooray!).

I'm wondering what the next steps are practically for me to change my Australian nationality status/postgraduate visa so that the UK govt is aware my citizenship status has changed.

I'm wondering if this happens automatically or if I have to do it online somehow? Equally, do I need to update my National Insurance Number and NHS details etc now I am a citizen?

I've looked online but can't see any clear information as to next steps, only that Irish citizens are eligible for long-term residence and work without a visa.

Thank you!

Query re photo for passport

Hello! I have successfully received my FBR so am applying for the passport. I'm wondering what photo they use on the passport? Will it be the one they already have of me from the FBR?

I need to submit a photo (online only) to be witnessed to verify my identity as part of the passport application - I'm wondering if this needs to be a different photo from the FBR one I submitted, and if so, will it be the one that appears in my passport?
Thanks!

Weight restored and struggling to keep eating

First time posting, but I’ve been reading this sub for some months and finding it so helpful, thank you all.

I found out from my dietitian yesterday that I’m technically weight restored, and at my ‘set point’ I was at for several years before the an/bulimia subtype really kicked in. It’s really spun me out as it’s more than where I feel comfortable being, even if only by few kgs, and it happened without me actively trying to put on weight but rather my body just did it when I let myself eat 3 meals and snacks regularly. However because I’m still having episodes of binge/purge I’m freaking out as I don’t understand why they’re still happening when I’m weight restored.
I’m also really struggling to continue eating according to my meal plan and not restrict, as it seems that eating regularly = weight gain.
any advice would be appreciated, thank you
