Honest feedback on idea and design?
Been building Kaldros and would love feedback on both the idea and the design before I push further.
The idea: one place to ask a question and get an answer pulled from across all your company's tools (Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear, Google Workspace, M365 and 10 more), with permissions respected so people only see what they're allowed to. EU hosted.
What I'm trying to figure out:
- Does the idea actually solve a real problem or is it a nice-to-have?
- Is the landing page clear about what it does within the first few seconds?
- Does the design feel trustworthy enough that you'd consider it for your company?
- Anything that feels off, generic, or confusing?

Product built, now what?
Been heads down for months building Kaldros. It's a permission-aware answer layer for companies it plugs into the SaaS tools they already use (Slack, Notion, Jira, Salesforce, that kind of thing), and lets people ask questions and get real answers with citations back to where the info came from. Permissions are respected so nobody sees stuff they shouldn't.
Product is in a good place. 15+ connectors working, pricing decided, Stripe set up, docs written, demo ready.
Problem is I built the thing and now I'm staring at it wondering how anyone's actually going to find out it exists. Solo founder, no real network in the space, and "go do sales" is not exactly a plan.
So I'm asking people who've been here before:
- How did you get your first handful of paying B2B customers
- What channels actually brought you inbound (the real answer, not the LinkedIn guru answer)
- Is cold outbound on LinkedIn or email worth the time, and if yes what did your message look like
- Where do IT and ops people actually hang out online, if anywhere
- Anything you tried that completely flopped, those are usually the most useful stories
Not looking for a magic bullet, just want to hear what worked for real people.
