🟡 This Week’s Topic: What’s the worst side effect you’ve had on GLP-1?

Some GLP-1 side effects get talked about all the time.

But others seem to catch people completely off guard.

This week, let’s talk honestly about the weird, difficult, or unexpected side.

If you’re comfortable sharing:

• What was your worst or weirdest side effect?

• Did it happen early, after a dose increase, or later on?

• Did it go away, or are you still dealing with it?

• Did anything help?

It could be:

• Nausea
• Constipation
• Diarrhea
• Sulfur burps
• Reflux
• Fatigue
• Hair loss
• Food aversions
• Feeling cold
• Insomnia
• Weird dreams
• Injection reactions
• Anxiety or mood changes
• Something completely random

Not looking for medical advice, just real experiences from people who’ve been through it.

Sometimes the most helpful comment is the one that makes someone else think, “I’m not the only one.”

👉 Before & after photos, progress pics, and milestones should still go in the main feed so they don’t get lost here.

🟡 This Week’s Topic: What changed first before the scale caught up?

It has been a little while since we had a weekly topic, so let’s get the conversation going again.

A lot of GLP-1 progress starts before the big before-and-after photo.

Maybe it was:

Smaller portions without forcing it.
Not thinking about food all day.
More energy walking up stairs.
Clothes fitting differently.
Less late-night eating.
A face change you noticed before anyone else did.
Feeling more in control around food.
A confidence shift you didn’t expect.

This week’s question:

What changed first for you before the scale fully caught up?

Was it physical, mental, emotional, social, or something completely random?

And if you’re still early in your GLP-1 journey, what’s the first small change you’re hoping to notice?

No progress is too small here. Sometimes the early wins are what keep people going.

📸 Before & after photos, comparisons, and milestones should still go in the main feed so they don’t get buried.
