Help with a high-pitch click from sinus pressure changes while talking
Hello! I use Adobe Audition to edit the podcast my husband and I record. My audio file almost always has very brief, high-pitched "clicks" or "pops" (it comes from air pressure changes in my sinuses as I talk). The "Automatic Click Remover" cleans up some mouth noises, but it does nothing for these "clicks". They show up as a bright dot or line in the Spectral Frequency Display / Spectrogram that I have been highlighting and deleting / silencing. Sometimes they are embedded "in" my speech, sometimes they occur immediately before or after I say a word. There are hundreds of them per episode so obviously this is very time consuming. I'm curious if there's a more efficient way to edit them out? I've tried everything the AI chatbot recommended and everything it recommended either didn't help with the noise or ended up distorting the speech too much. Thank you!
