The storm door of my house is sagging leaving a gap on the top. The door frame is level. How can I fix it?

Just bought a house for the first time. The tile in the needs some new grout and there is a crack between the halfwall baseboard and the tile. Do I need any specific grout for high traffic areas? And do I use regular caulk to fix the crack? Thank you!
