lagrange is my favorite character of all time and i'm so thrilled to bring her to life! started this costume in late may and just finished now

i'm so confused!! 9.7 PM is supposed to be 11.7 ptt, and my b30 confirms this- so why didn't i gain anything if i'm at 11.58? i wanted my precious ptt! :(
