Whats a thing that could make u lose interest in ur partner?

So i’ve known this girl for three years now , we never confessed our feelings to each other but it was so obvious that we liked each other , more than friends , but time passed now and things changed COMPLETELY , we never talk like before , or play together , and all the fun stuff , what im saying is , should i go for her? cuz im not sure if she likes me anymore , or maybe she was waiting for a move from me but then she gave up as well? i really need help in this situation cuz idk what to do anymore lol , thanks
