Creating an avatar that does NOT have a dynamic head (or preferably just a dynamic mouth)

I've created a few accessories and am now trying to make a full-body avatar. I've learned Roblox Studio from nothing in a couple of weeks, so this is probably a really obvious thing I just missed.

This guy's eyes are supposed to STAY closed. There's literally no point in him having workable eyes. The rest of his body functions just fine -- even his mouth, which I'm okay with making static if needed -- and the only issue remaining is the eyes.

I imported the model using the Avatar Setup window, and auto-generated his full rig. My guess is the problem is here, but I can't find any, like, static rig template, so I just let Roblox figure out what it needs.
