Anyone knows the recipe for the Creamour chocolate cake?
This cake seems to be otherworldly. Anyone has any idea at least of what fillings it may use? The top seems like a chocolate crumble. It does not look like a regular Ganache or Namelaka. But I really don't know and do not have the experience on the matter.
