Golf Course "Parking at Your Own Risk"

Golf Course "Parking at Your Own Risk"

Hello everyone :)

Recently this sign was placed up on the fence of the WA Golf club which is right across the street from my house.

Anyway, this makes me nervous because I see stray golf balls hit the public road occasionally and I park two or three meters away from this sign (again on a public street but clearly the one they're referring to)

Parking further away would be incredibly inconvenient as this golf course is massive and theres no where else near my house to place my car.

How much does this stand up if something were to happen to my car?Can they actually just let go of liability of hitting people or cars if they're parked in a public road by putting up that sign?

Hello!

Same story as it goes.. I am currently looking into getting a dumbphone for myself as I am sick of wasting my free time on my phone as my addiction is getting out of hand.

If anyone can guide me to a phone that would suit my needs I would be incredibly grateful!

For context, I'm a woman in my 20s living in Perth, WA. AUS.

Some of my requirements for a phone would be

  1. WhatsApp

- for my work and international family

  1. Easy way to send text messages

- SOS reasons and I'm not trying to disconnect myself socially, I love messaging and would like to be able to text swiftly.

I've noticed most dumbphones have the 123abc style keypads and I wish I could simply buy an old phone with a qwerty keyboard. Do they make any 4G ones with qwerty? I really liked my old blackberry

  1. Downloading a transportation app

- it would be nice to have the Transperth app accessible or access to the timetables online in public. I dont drive in the city and buses arent the most reliable. Otherwise calling a taxi sounds more expensive than catching an uber or a didi... I'm a bit stumped here?

Also I dont mind a sucky camera as I have a digital one I'd prefer to use.

Mp3 is no problem either but bluetooth is always a plus :)

Anyway just to vent.. I have a phone for all these needs but I get sucked into it constantly and want my life back. It feels like giving an alcoholic a beer everytime they want to catch a train or pick up shifts :/
