I made this post a couple of months ago after I had just platinumed Ghost of Yotei, about wanting to restart Rise of the Ronin with an aim to platinum it. That has now been done and I have finally acquired the platinum. I got to say I had much more fun the second time around where I was fully immersed in the world and could actually remember all characters and the roles they had to play. I had purposely saved the Dive of the Ronin trophy for the last so that the platinum pops up while I’m gliding from the highest point in the game. What a memorable experience, I’ll miss this game!

Yesterday, Dhanda Nyoliwaala’s fans abused the hell out of ChaarDiwaari, despite him not being an opening act but an equal performer who was marketed as such by the event (not that a opening act deserved that kind of abuse in any way at all). To make it worse, Dhanda, who’s built much of his identity around being one of IHH’s strongest anti establishment voices, chose not to call out the blatant disrespect towards another artist and instead doubled down on the abuse and further goaded his uncouth fans. I get that his protest poetry and activist image are appreciated here, and rightfully so, but you can’t preach social change while conveniently ignoring zero civic sense from your own Haryana belt fanbase, especially when you’re actively encouraging them to double down on it.

And I’ve been seeing this since morning today that now these same fans have started raiding ChaarDiwaari’s socials with homophobic slurs and the usual degeneracy. At some point, artists need to take responsibility for the culture they cultivate around themselves too and such hooliganism shouldn’t be normalised, let alone be encouraged like Dhanda is doing.

Even thought I think KOTS is a classic album, I would love to see the 2026 Emiway that dropped the CNSTNCY EP take a crack at a thematically consistent project like KOTS again!

I still know this entire track by heart because it was such a banger that I had looped it nonstop when this and Meet the Instagram Yapper both dropped. They’re both up there in my top 3 Bantai disses of all time exactly because of this insane replay and comic value they have compared to some of his more brutal offerings like KRLS and GKK
