USCIS isnt processing any cases right now avg time is 20 MONTHS

EDIT: Please read the post before you respond „I already got approved“. This isnt about AOS this is about people ABROAD SO OUTSIDE THE USA.

Why isnt anyone talking about the average processing times of 20 months for consular processing i130 cases? This shouldnt be this long we miss our partners and we struggle financially trying to support our partners.

Its a shame that the rest of the US doesnt care about married couples from abroad who try to do everything by law.

Our petitioners are US citizens, sometimes in the Military or veterans but USCIS doesnt care nor do US citizens. We deserve a response after paying fees just like the rest of you.

Its a shame no one talks about this, no media, no politicians, no citizens, no one.

USA will lose perfectly law abiding citizens, military personnel, tax payers, business owners just because USCIS fees arent being used correctly.

There is only silence and we deserve answers!!

Btw this isnt only about the 75 or 39 countries pause this is about general pause of i130 consular cases. If you try to deny what I say just do your own research so you dont look dumb.

Thank you

Will it go away with Saline Removal or further Laser?

The second picture of the left eyebrow was almost cleared up and light yellow. Technician insisted on lasering that tail too and now I have brown residue. The first picture eyebrow is also really stubborn there was already some brown and now it becomes darker.

Laser is Nd yag Q switched laser.

This is like my 8th laser session.

Should I go with saline removal, another laser session, microneedling + glycolic or just wait until it disappears on its own??

Idk what ink it is btw.

I130 processing time increased again - 20 months to get approved

you can check it yourself in the uscis page.

This has NOTHING to do with AOS!!!

This is not normal. What can we do about this?? Please reach out to your congressman / senators etc and reach out to media as well!!

Cases have rarely been approved since February 2026. We are being forgotten. I think we wont get any attention until after the midterms..

Police certificate for previous citizenships country

I never lived there but I did have a citizenship through my parents. Do I need to get a police certificate for that country too? We only went there for vacation max 1-2 months per year.

I now have a different citizenship since 2018. That one I got through living in this country and I was also born here.

Dems sent a letter to USCIS about the current backlogs and pressuring them for an answer

This was published before the recent Memo. USCIS has slowed down on processing consular processing cases.

How did you write your evidence?

Did you write description for Bona fide evidence as 3rd person like "The beneficiary and Petitioner were ..."? How are we supposed to write it? I'm asking for i130 and this is filed by the petitioner so should the evidence be written from petitioners POV or natural like a lawyer with 3rd person?

I am critically overthinking this

Freaking out every day

Anyone else freaking out every day about their case? Im in my own country and its not as bad when my husband is with me. But when he is back to his country, every day I find a new thing that I can obsess about. I am so worried that I made a mistake on my application or my evidence is too much or not enough etc. I cant get a break. I already have OCD and this process is making it much worse.

I try not to look at news or anything but its so hard when i130 consular is not even moving as fast as it did in february so I get more anxious

Evidence for birth certificate

Do we need to add the birth certificate of petitioner if he is US born citizen? Or birth certificate of beneficiary if born outside USA? I saw some RFEs for that and wanted to ask here to make sure that we didnt need to add that document

Did you include an explanation why you chose this process, the exact time, the exact law where consummation was done, the name of officiant and where he resided, where we were, etc?

Should I include a picture of the Virtual Wedding Zoom session?

Only respond if you already got approved please!
