Wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar issues - I flew on a Qatar J class return ticket in March (with partners due to reroutes), I’ve been struggling to get the qpoints and avios for the tickets.

They’ve given me 1/4 of them and I’ve been onto the support teams 4 times - each time they assure me and issue manual submissions yet nothing seems to progress.

I’m sure the systems for this are probably in a mess given the last few months, and reroutes etc.

It’s annoying, and a first world problem but am curious if anyone else has experienced it.
