do you ever dream about listening to a song? i dreamt i was listening to a particular song and i woke up thinking it was playing (which it wasn’t) but now it’s stuck in my head haha

so im not actually sure how i go about getting a diagnosis or an assessment, but i’m in such a bad way all the time i just want somebody to tell me why i am the way i am. how can i get assessed? idek what is wrong with me at this rate and i just really need help and i don’t want the doctors to give me more antidepressants
