Give me your best recipes and favorite way to preserve
At my job, there seems to be an unspoken expectation that everyone gathers and walks out together at the end of the shift. Technically, we're free to leave when we're done, but it feels like people judge you if you leave on your own instead of waiting.
I'm curious if this is common workplace culture elsewhere or if I'm overthinking it. Do your coworkers wait and leave as a group, and would it be considered rude to just head out when your workday is over?
