hello, can someone tell me how to move the wheels into the correct spot? for some reason they are very low.

hello guys, i already lost everything pretty much. ive tried to save what i can but im new to this and i tried reinstalling baller installer but im still getting the same error message. my system keeps showing many error messages but this is what keeps happening...i tried replacing my pinupsystem folder with a backup one i had on my external hard drive but still nothing. just keep getting different error messages.
