Securing my VPS: Question about SSH and Tailscale

I got my VPS (Hetzner) earlier this week and have done some research on best practices for keeping it secure. I'm using Coolify in my VPS. One of the things I've done includes installing and configuring Tailscale, restricting SSH to the IP ranges used by Coolify, and blocking all other SSH access.

One question I have is, if something happens to Tailscale and the service goes down, will I be locked out of my server since SSH access is now disabled? Based on the research I've done this will not happen since Hetzner has rescue system that can assist with this. But is there anything else I can do / should be looking into to mitigate this risk?

Thanks!

How do you protect yourself on high UV days?

It seems like a lot of days in LA, UV levels hit 7 - 8+ most afternoons. What precautions do you take during these days to protect yourself?
